Clients of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) can now easily send electronic copies of documents after its official email accounts for the Integrated Government Philippine System (GovMail) was approved by the Department of Science and Technology, according to Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda Dimapilis-Baldoz.

 

“Professionals and other clients of the PRC can now send emails to the official accounts of PRC offices in the central, regional, and other units of the said DOLE attached agency.  This means that clients can now easily correspond and send important e-copies of documents to officials and staff of the PRC using the said accounts,” said Baldoz.

 

Baldoz, citing Office Order No 2015-359, issued by PRC Chairman Florentino C. Doble, also reminded the officials and staff of the PRC that all communication using the government email is considered official and shall conform to the Civil Service Rules and Regulations.

 

“In cases of misuse and inappropriate use, disciplinary action under the Civil Service laws and Rules shall apply,” said Baldoz.

 

Under the said office order, clients can send email to the office of the PRC Chairman through chairman@prc.gov.ph.  The Public Information and Media Relations Division can be emailed at pimrs@prc.gov,ph, while the Legal and Investigation Division can be reached at legal@prc.gov.ph.
