NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The public is hereby warned of the spurious “Guidelines for Recruitment of Non-Vaccinated Applicants” found circulating the past days.

The fake document used the names of the undersigned and Cabinet Secretary and Acting Presidential Spokesperson Karlo Alexei Nograles.

The Department of Labor and Employment and the COVID-19 Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases have never issued such “Guidelines.”

Private sector employers and those seeking employment are warned of this scam.

Authorities are already tracking those behind the fraud for flagrant violation of Philippine laws and preying on workers, especially in this time of the pandemic, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
