22 job fairs nationwide set on June 12

In commemoration of the 121st anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence on June 12, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is holding 22 Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan (TNK) job and business fairs in 16 regions throughout the country.

An initial 70,000 vacancies will be offered by 560 participating employers, as reported by the Bureau of Local Employment.

Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III advised jobseekers to visit any of the job and business fairs slated in their areas to facilitate their search for employment, as numerous employers are gathered in just one venue.

Bello advised jobseekers to be ready with the following application requirements: resume or curriculum vitae (bring extra copies for multiple job applications); 2 x 2 ID pictures; certificate of employment for those formerly employed; diploma and/or transcript of records; and authenticated birth certificate.

The 2019 Independence Day job and business fairs will be held in the following venues:

National Capital Region (NCR) – San Andres Sports Complex, Malate, Manila

Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) – Sky Zone, Porta Vaga Mall, Upper Session Road, Baguio City

Region 1 – Nepo Mall, Dagupan City; Candon Civic Center, Candon City, Ilocos Sur; Union Christian College, San Fernando City, La Union

Region 2 – People’s Gymnasium, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan

Region 3 – Ayala Malls, Harbor Point, Subic Freeport Zone, Zambales

Region 4A – Pavilion Mall, Biñan City, Laguna; Liwasang Aguinaldo, Kawit, Cavite

MIMAROPA – San Jose, Occidental Mindoro; Odiongan, Romblon

Region 5 – Robinsons Place, Naga City  

Region 6 – 888 Premier Mall, Bacolod City

Region 7 – Cebu City Sports Complex/Abellana National School; Lapu-Lapu City; Lamberto L. Macias Sports and Cultural Center, Dumaguete City

Region 8 – Provincial Covered Court, Catbalogan City, Samar

22 job fairs gaganapin sa buong bansa sa Hunyo 12

 

Bilang paggunita sa ika-121 anibersaryo ng Proklamasyon ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas sa Hunyo 12, magsasagawa ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ng 22 Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan (TNK) job and business fairs sa 16 na rehiyon sa buong bansa.

 

May 70,000 inisyal na bakanteng trabaho ang iaalok ng 560 participating employers, sa ulat ng Bureau of Local Employment.  

 

Pinayuhan ni Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III ang mga aplikante na pumunta sa alinmang job and business fair sa kanilang lugar para sa kanilang paghahanap ng trabaho, dahil maraming employer ang matatagpuan sa mga lugar na paggaganapan. 

 

Sinabi ni Bello na dapat ihanda ng mga aplikante ang mga sumusunod na dokumento na kakailanganin sa kanilang aplikasyon: resume o curriculum vitae (magdala ng ekstrang kopya para sa iba’t ibang aplikasyon); 2 x 2 ID pictures; certificate of employment para sa mga dating nagtatrabaho; diploma at/o transcript of records; at authenticated birth certificate.
