The Department of Labor and Employment is composed of the following offices:

Sixteen (16) Regional Offices
The
are the DOLE’s frontline offices. They deliver directly to DOLE clients
the services they need. The ROs implement the programs and projects drawn
up by the Bureaus, and administer and enforce labor laws.
Thirty-four (34) Philippine Overseas Labor Offices
(POLOs)
The act as the operating
arm of the Department in their respective geographical areas for the administration
and enforcement of duly adopted policies and programs of the Department
on international labor affairs.

Six (6) Bureaus
The Bureaus perform staff functions such as initiating policy and program
development, providing advisory, and exercising technical supervision over
regional offices in their respective areas of specialization.
