The
Department of Labor and Employment provides workers and employers a way
to get information and assistance on various labor-related matters. The
DOLE Call Center provides free assistance to our clients with questions
about local and overseas employment opportunities, employees' rights and
benefits, working conditions, wages, labor relations, and post employment
issues, among others.
The Call Center is equipped with all the necessary facilities and manned by a group of employees knowledgeable enough to efficiently assist clients. It will complement the existing Officers-of-the-Day program maintained at DOLE building lobbies to respond to the needs of walk-in clients during office hours. In addition to answering general information, the Call Center will relay any specific inquiry to the proper office without delay.
The DOLE Call Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
